Change doesn’t have a good reputation, it’s often feared, rejected, ignored, and rarely welcomed with open arms. I get it. It can be scary, uncomfortable, and stressful. We don’t like not knowing what’s going to happen to us. We like our cozy comfort zones.
Having experienced plenty of changes in my life so far, I know first hand how challenging and sometimes even painful it can feel to go through them. I know you know it too, because no human is spared from experiencing change.
However, I got tired of being bullied by change, so I decided to figure out how I can make it work to my advantage. I realized that by changing my perception of change, I could begin to see it as a driving force in my life, rather than an obstacle.
Even when it was forced upon me, even when it seemed impossible, even when it terrified me, I was able to face it, accept it, and get through it!
And not only did I get through it all, I learned to understand it, appreciate it, and even love it! I saw through my own experiences how crucial, powerful, and transformative change can be. I can't imagine my life without it now.
When change comes into our life by choice or by force, we are granted an opportunity to make decisions that could propel us in a direction we didn't even know existed. Change has brought me to where I am today, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now.
Change and I have now become good friends, and I welcome it into my life more and more, because I have learned how to work with it. And I want nothing more than to show you how to use change as a source of power and strength, and lead your life with courage rather than fear!
